In response to a petition filed by the Navjivan Trust , India, the legal heir of Mahatma Gandhi, the Delhi High Court has passed an injunction order restraining Antiquorum Auctioneers from auctioning Gandhi ji’s memorabilia in any manner till further orders.

The above facts were also conveyed to M/s. Antiquorum Auctioneers and Mr. James Otis, reportedly the collector of the items which are being auctioned and they were requested to respect the court order.
